compatible to the version of the Operating System. These days most of
the Windows 7 machines are coming with 64 bit Operating System loaded.

If
you are using Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows Server 2003, you can
find the version of Operating System by launching Windows version
information.
1. Go to run and type 'winver'
2. It will
launch below Window. If you are using 64 bit Operating System it will be
mentioned just under the Operating System name.
If you are using Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 Operating Systems, you can use below method to identify the version of the Operating System.
1.Click Start and right click on Computer and then click on its Properties.
